Returns and Exchanges
At Unreposed, every piece is carefully produced and quality checked before dispatch. If something is not right, we want the return process to be clear and fair.
14-Day Returns
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
Returns may be requested for the following reasons:
- Change of mind
- Fit or sizing preference
- The item is faulty
- The item is damaged during shipping
- An incorrect item or size was sent in error
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery via:

Please include your order number and the reason for return. For faulty or damaged items, clear photographs are required.
Once approved, we will provide return instructions. The customer is responsible for arranging and covering return shipping, except where the item is faulty or sent in error.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Refunds apply to the product price only
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or sent in error
Exchanges
Size exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- Return and re-shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- If the requested size is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Where the claim is approved:
- Return shipping costs will be covered by Unreposed
- We will offer a replacement or exchange where possible
- If an exchange is not possible due to the item being sold out, discontinued, or limited edition, a full refund for the item will be issued
Requests made after 7 days from receipt may not be accommodated for faulty, damaged, or incorrect item claims.
Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
All returns or exchanges must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- All original tags must remain attached
- Any original packaging, boxes, or dust bags must be included
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage will not be accepted
We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet these conditions.
Return Shipping and Duties
For approved returns due to faults or our error, return shipping will be covered by Unreposed.
For all other returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

- Unreposed is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or duty reimbursement for international orders
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
Exceptions may apply only in the following situations:
- Unexpected stock shortages
- Pricing or product information errors
- Shipping incidents or natural disasters that prevent delivery
In such cases, we will contact you promptly to offer an appropriate solution.
