At Unreposed, we aim to process and ship all orders as efficiently as possible. Please review the information below before placing your order.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 working days from the date the order is placed, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. All shipments are fulfilled with tracking so you can follow your parcel online.

During busy periods, product launches, or promotional campaigns, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates

We offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders over £250.

For orders below £250, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination, parcel weight, and the selected courier service. This ensures the most accurate shipping rate is displayed before payment is completed.

Shipping services and rates may vary depending on the destination and courier availability.

Unreposed is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, courier handling, local regulations, weather conditions, public holidays, or peak shipping periods.

Duties, Taxes, and Customs

If your delivery address is outside the United Kingdom, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees upon arrival.

These charges:

  • Are determined by your local customs authority
  • Vary by country
  • Are the responsibility of the customer

Unreposed is unable to predict or control these charges and does not cover customs duties, import taxes, or delays caused by unpaid fees. We recommend contacting your local customs office prior to placing your order for further information.

If an order is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, we are unable to refund original shipping costs or any return charges incurred.

For deliveries within the United Kingdom, all applicable VAT charges are handled by Unreposed, and no additional fees will be due upon delivery.

International Shipments

International orders may be shipped using different carriers depending on destination, service availability, and operational requirements. Shipping method and courier selection remain at our discretion.

Delivery times for international orders may vary based on destination and customs processing.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Parcels

Unreposed is not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, or delayed once they are in transit or confirmed as delivered by the courier.

Any claims relating to lost or stolen packages must be raised directly with the courier using the provided tracking information. While we may assist where possible, responsibility ultimately lies with the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.

Unreposed is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Orders returned to sender due to address errors
  • Additional shipping costs incurred as a result
